Shipping Policy

A fixed flat charge of INR 60/- is charged for each item purchased, as shipping charges.
The purchased items are shipped within 2 working days through best in the class shipping partners.

Shipping may take upto 7 to 14 days to reach the customer. Tracking number of the shipment is provided to the customers via email and/or whatsapp.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation request of a completed order(i.e payments completed order) can only be made within 8 hours of the successful completion of the order by the customer.

To cancel a order within the aforesaid time frame, can be made by calling the store phone number (+91) 7003134449.

The amount paid by the customer will be refunded within 7 to 14 working days in his/her convenient account , if the customer is eligible for a refund against Cancellation of an order.

Any cancellation request made after the aforesaid time period will be entertained if the purchased items are not shipped already.

In this case the amount paid for the purchase will be treated as store credit. The customer can use this credit by purchasing other products from the site by calling the store phone number directly <a href=”tel:(+91)7003134449″>

In case of the return of the goods, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

You must exercise return right responsibly and return the product in the original neat packaging, as well as return all complete parts of the product. You are responsible for the complete set of the returned goods. If the goods are not complete, we won’t be able to accept the returned goods and issue a refund.

Once the Goods have been received and checked by our staff, a refund will be authorised by the same method that the payment was made. Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take up to 14 to be credited to your original payment method. In all cases we have the right to suspend the refund until the good are received back and inspected.

If You fail to meet the deadlines of our Return policy, we will be unable to offer a refund.

Defective goods
